We set up a time to dive into your build in it's entirety so we can have a deep understanding of your project.
Depending on what stage of your design you are at, we sit down alongside your architect and do some preliminary costings based on the project plans. This is where we can start to mold the project based on your budget. Our expertise gives us the ability to save costs and steer the ship towards your budget.
We aim to alleviate the unfortunate circumstances that are all too common whereby a project goes out to tender with plans based on the clients wants and needs but with no care or understanding of the clients budget. This leaves clients disappointed with an incredible amount of time wasted because the proposed project was never in their budget.
This doesn’t have to be and shouldn’t ever be the case. Getting us onboard early to consult in the early stages was key.
Based on everything we discussed together in our sit-down meetings, we do up a letter of offer and contract for you to sign.
This is where the fun starts! We commence the journey to your dream home at the agreed upon start date. Our team is always respectful of your existing home, your neighbours, and treats your home as if it was our own. We clean up after ourselves and won't even leave a trace.
Once your build is complete, we handover the keys to you to your new and improved dream home. We celebrate with each other by sitting back and enjoying a drink together!
